Post (and not ghost) 👻
I tag you in our shared Google Doc to review and approve content on a rolling basis — including graphics, videos, and captions — then I’ll get it all scheduled ahead of time. Then, if your package includes it, I show up to respond to comments and DMs. Your community will be well taken care of while you stay busy (or not!) elsewhere.
STEP FOUR
It’s a whole new ballgame✨
At the start of each month, you’ll get an invitation to your monthly strategy call, a metrics breakdown of the last month’s content, as well as the next month’s content calendar to approve. You might be wondering …
Are you using AI to create my content calendar, write my social media copy, or create my graphics?
No, no, and no 💅 This is a no-generative-AI zone! I can’t guarantee zero AI because of the way social media platforms are structured (like why is Meta forcing me to use AI just to look up the #dogsofinstagram hashtag??), but I will get as close to zero as I possibly can. Because if we are posting on social media to create community and build connection, we need the humanity to be front and center.
What will you need from me each month? How hands-off do I get to be?
This is truly a collaborative partnership. While I will handle all the nitty-gritty work of designing, writing, posting, and engaging, I still do need your input each month. Sometimes it’s as simple as knowing if there are any events or promotions coming up. Other times, I need details from you to make a post authentic and accurate.
While you do get to be hands-off (very hands-off if you want me to do my thing without reviewing every single post), this isn’t a “never have to think about it again” solution. I’ll try to lighten your load wherever I can, but your involvement is needed for your content, your business, and your people.
Do you create graphics and videos?
Heck yeah! Each of my packages includes a set number of grid posts, and that number can include any mix of graphics or videos that we decide is the right fit for your social strategy. It may also change over time as your needs change! Either way, we’ll figure it out together.
Will my posts be in my voice? Will they match my vibe?
Of course! I dig into your current social media presence as well as get to know YOU — the human behind the brand! — to make sure everything I create for your account(s) feels 100% you.
Can you design post templates for me?
I create and use templates for your content — that way we can keep your grid looking consistent and totally fetch — but I don’t design templates for you to take and use yourself.
